Whether you are registered as a User or as an Expert click on the "NEW SOS" button to request support on a certain technology by specifying how many credits you are willing to offer

Wait for a competent Expert to accept your request. Anyway you can increase your credits offer even after the launch of your request to facilitate an answer from an Expert.

Assign the task to the Expert

The Expert will contact you and be available until the problem is solved

Declare completed the task and release a feedback to the Expert

The credits you offered are charged to the Expert
